If you are unable to attend the auction, you may send your bidding instructions to our proxi bidder. The proxy bidder is hired by the auction company, but is an independent third party. He or she will bid on the items you select, up to your specified maximum bid – but no higher than needed to win the item. www.proxibid.com/hahn
You may phone or mail in bids before the day of the auction. We have bid sheet forms below in a variety of formats. We can mail you a bid sheet. Be sure to fill out your contact information completely, especially phone. If there is a question such as an unreadable bid, you will want to be reachable.
As an additional service, you may request to be on the phone with the proxi bidder while the items are auctioned. You will be called by the proxy bidder at the appropriate time. Again, it's vital to provide accurate contact information and be ready to answer your phone during the auction.
Attention Absentee Buyers: Please make arrangements to vet lots BEFORE you purchase -- either in person, by phone or through a designated representative.

Forms must be received by 8 p.m. on Friday 06/25/2010 for inclusion in the Sunday 06/27/2010 Auction.
